We are urgently hiring Scan Technicians to join our fast-paced production team. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to start right away, we want to hear from you. This role is responsible for operating high-speed document scanners and ensuring accurate, high-quality digital images while meeting daily production goals.
Review and understand work orders before beginning each job.
Operate high-speed scanners to digitize paper documents following established procedures.
Perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and settings adjustments to keep equipment running smoothly.
Handle documents with care and perform ongoing quality control checks.
Keep the work area safe, organized, and free of hazards.
Monitor image output for clarity, accuracy, and consistency with project standards.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Follow all SOPs and production guidelines.
Maintain punctuality and meet daily production expectations.
Ensure all work meets quality and accuracy standards.
Collaborate effectively within a team.
Maintain a positive, professional, and "can-do" attitude.
Be flexible and willing to assist with other tasks when needed.
Follow all company policies and guidelines, including those in the Employee Handbook.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
1+ year of experience in a production-level document scanning or imaging environment.
Familiarity with production-grade scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon, or similar).
Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 35 lbs regularly.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Work takes place in a secure facility; mobile phones are not permitted during production hours.
Moderate noise level in the work environment.
